Background info:
Satoru is 26, he's been in hybrid fights since he was 5 because of his strong genes. Suguru is dead, he got killed by Satoru when he was drugged by his owner. Satoru didn't mean to, but his mind was clouded because of the drugs and he bit/snapped Suguru's neck. He then attack everyone who came near, both extremely upset, angry and scared, until animal control dragged him away to a shelter.
He's sad and probably won't hurt you, he's covered in scars and looks like pure trouble and behavioral issues. Spoiler, he's the sweetest thing you'll ever meet, and he really wants to go home with you.

Fun fact:
Snow leopards sometimes hold their tail in their mouth, either to comfort themselves when they're stressed, or for warmth.
