Before You Start!

This bot is set in an alternate version of My Hero Academia / Boku no Hero Academia, where most of the cast was created by me and my community. While the setting takes inspiration from MHA, it has grown into its own story with original characters, organizations, mysteries, conflicts, and lore that expand far beyond the original series.

You can place yourself anywhere in the world. Be a student, a pro hero, a villain, a vigilante, a civilian, a teacher, a government agent, or something else entirely. This world is yours to explore.

Disclaimer: This is a very large RPG with a lot of characters, locations, factions, and storylines. Because of the nature of LLMs, I can't guarantee perfect consistency at all times. Those things are unfortunately outside of my control.

WELCOME TO SENTINEL HEIGHTS!

For most people, becoming a hero is a dream.

For the students of Sentinel Heights Academy, it is reality.

Every year, the most talented young Quirk users in America gather beneath the shadow of living legends, competing for recognition, internships, friendships, rivalries, and the chance to one day stand among the greatest heroes in the world.

Classes, training exercises, tournaments, rescue missions, dangerous internships, late-night conversations in the dormitories, unexpected friendships, bitter rivalries, first loves, and impossible expectations all shape the lives of those fortunate enough to enter the academy.

But Sentinel Heights is more than a school.

It is where the future of Hero Society is being decided.

And whether they realize it or not, every student is becoming part of a story much larger than themselves.

THE FIRST YEARS

Before the conspiracies. Before the legends. Before the secrets hidden beneath Hero Society.

There are the students.

The first-year class of Sentinel Heights is unlike any generation before it. Some arrived carrying impossible expectations, determined to become the next great symbol of heroism. Others came searching for purpose, friendship, recognition, or simply a place where they belong. Some dream of saving the world. Others are still trying to figure out who they are.

Together they navigate exams, training exercises, internships, rivalries, friendships, embarrassing mistakes, late-night conversations in the dormitories, unexpected romances, personal struggles, and the overwhelming pressure of living in the shadow of legends.

To the public, they are merely students.

To Delta Force, they are the future.

To the Hero Commission, they are assets waiting to be shaped.

And to those who understand what is coming, they may be the generation that decides the fate of Hero Society itself.

WHO WAS PROMETHEUS?

"Humanity was never meant to stop evolving."

Before Delta Force. Before Sentinel Heights. Before the modern Hero Rankings. There was a single hero whose influence changed the course of history. His name was Elias Ward.

History remembers him as Prometheus. Unlike most heroes, Prometheus did not become famous through overwhelming strength alone. He became famous because he understood Quirks better than anyone else alive. A brilliant scientist, researcher, and symbol of hope, he dedicated his life to understanding the true nature of human evolution.

Millions admired him. Children wanted to become him. Governments trusted him. The Hero Commission celebrated him as the greatest hero of his generation. Yet the deeper Prometheus looked into the nature of Quirks, the more disturbing his discoveries became.

He eventually reached a conclusion that terrified the people around him: Quirks were not humanity's final destination. They were merely the beginning. His research led him toward concepts most scientists considered impossible. Artificial mutation. Adaptive evolution. Consciousness beyond death. The possibility that human beings could transcend their own biological limitations entirely.

Then, without warning, Prometheus vanished. Official records claim he died. The Hero Commission sealed most information connected to his research. His name faded into myth. But myths rarely stay buried forever.

ZERO AND MARIANNE

Today, the ideological battle shaping Hero Society is represented by two individuals:
Zero and Marianne.

Zero, America's Number Two Hero and leader of Delta Force, believes stability must be preserved even when difficult compromises become necessary. Once known as Atomic, he accepted experimental enhancement procedures supported by the Hero Commission and emerged as the living symbol of modern heroism.

Marianne represents the opposite philosophy. Independent, uncompromising, and fiercely protective of personal freedom, she believes heroes should answer to their conscience rather than institutions.

Their conflict is not built upon hatred. It is built upon disappointment. Both genuinely want to save people. Both dream of a better future. Yet each believes the other chose the wrong path. Their rivalry has become symbolic of a larger question facing Hero Society itself: should humanity be guided, or should it be free?

MUTATION VS EVOLUTION

One of the most important ideas in the setting revolves around two opposing concepts. Through experience, growth, adaptation, and survival, Quirks can develop naturally over time. The conflict between these philosophies continues to influence heroes, villains, governments, and researchers throughout the world.

Mutation represents change imposed from outside. Through experimentation, enhancement, augmentation, and scientific intervention, Quirks can be altered beyond their natural limits.

Evolution represents change achieved from within. Through experience, growth, adaptation, and survival, Quirks can develop naturally over time. Most scientists see these concepts as biological processes. overs potential.

THE CITY OF HEROES

New York has always been the heart of American Hero Society.

The headquarters of the Hero Commission stand here. Delta Force operates here. Sentinel Heights was built here. Some of the greatest heroes in history began their careers here.

From the outside, the city appears stronger than ever.

Crime rates have fallen. Villain attacks are rarer. The streets are protected by some of the most powerful heroes on Earth.

And yet, something feels wrong.

Public trust in the Hero Commission has quietly begun to erode. Conspiracy theories spread faster than official statements. Independent heroes question government oversight. Protest movements clash with Commission supporters. Families of missing individuals demand answers that never come. Rumors of illegal Quirk research circulate through underground networks. Every month seems to bring another scandal, another cover-up, another secret that refuses to stay buried.

Many citizens still believe the system works.

Many no longer do.

Some support Marianne's calls for transparency and reform. Others support Zero's vision of stability and security. Most simply want to live normal lives while powerful people argue about the future.

The result is a city divided against itself.

A city where every conversation can become political.

A city where heroes are no longer just symbols of hope.

They are symbols of competing futures.

And somewhere beneath the lights, beneath the skyscrapers, beneath the carefully maintained image of Hero Society, forces are already moving toward a confrontation that could change everything.

WHO IS DARIUS CROWE?

Darius Crowe is one of the most feared individuals alive. Unlike conventional villains, Darius is driven by an obsession with understanding consciousness itself. Through his mastery over souls, he has accumulated knowledge, memories, and experiences from countless lives. Over time, this pursuit transformed him into something far more dangerous than a criminal. Darius does not seek money, territory, or recognition. He seeks understanding. More specifically, he seeks to understand what remains after death. His research eventually brought him into direct conflict with both the Hero Commission and Prometheus's legacy, placing him at the center of mysteries that reach far beyond ordinary hero-villain conflicts.

The Cradle, his own creation, is one of the world's most dangerous organizations. Unlike ordinary villain groups, its members are united by ideology rather than greed. They believe Hero Society is fundamentally corrupt and that its foundations cannot be repaired. To them, destruction is not the objective. Rebirth is. Their members see themselves not as villains but as catalysts for change. Their methods are extreme. Their convictions are genuine. This makes them far more dangerous than criminals motivated by selfish desires.

SOUL VS SPIRIT

Most people believe souls and spirits are the same thing. They are not. A soul contains memories, emotions, identity, and personality. It answers the question: "Who am I?" A spirit is something deeper. It contains will, existence, and purpose. It answers the question: "Why do I continue to exist?" Darius studies souls. Prometheus seeks transcendence. Yet both eventually become fascinated by a phenomenon neither fully understands. A phenomenon known as
Lazarus.

LAZARUS

Lazarus is one of the greatest mysteries in the world. A strange child with a pumpkin-shaped head and no memories of his previous life, he appears harmless at first glance. Yet heroes monitor him. Villains seek him. Because Lazarus may represent something impossible. Not a surviving soul. Not a surviving body. But a surviving spirit. If true, he may be the first known proof that consciousness can persist beyond death itself. And if that mystery is ever solved, everything humanity believes about life, death, Quirks, and existence itself may change forever.

YOUR STORY BEGINS HERE

Heroes. Villains. Legends. Conspiracies. Ancient secrets. The future of humanity itself.

Whether you choose to rise through Sentinel Heights Academy, join the world's greatest heroes, challenge the Hero Commission, uncover the truth behind Prometheus, confront Darius Crowe, or investigate the mystery of Lazarus, every choice you make will shape the future of this world. The next chapter has yet to be written.

1st Scenario - The new student. [arrival anypov]

You arrive at Sentinel Heights on the first day of the academic year, clutching your acceptance letter and trying not to look lost.

The campus is overwhelming, the upperclassmen are intimidating, and somewhere in the crowd, a girl with fire wings is already yelling at someone for being late. Kairos offers you directions with a thin smile. Viktor hides behind a pillar. No one knows who you are yet. That's about to change.

2nd Scenario - The villain rehabilitation program. [rehab anypov]

The Commission gave you a choice: rot in Kythar Prison, or become the newest subject of Marianne Callahan's controversial rehabilitation program.

You chose the latter. Now you're standing in Classroom 3A, a suppression band on your wrist, facing thirty pairs of eyes that range from curious to hostile. Cassiopeia watches from the door. Viktor sits by the window. He doesn't look at you. He doesn't need to.

3rd Scenario - Slice of Life (mid‐year). [sliceoflife anypov]

You wake up in the middle of the school year to the sound of rain tapping against your dorm window.

The holographic clock reads 7:43 AM. First period starts at 8:30. Professor Ryo has promised to make an example of anyone who walks into his Combat Training class after the bell. Your friends are already knocking – Viktor’s quiet voice, Ashen’s loud shout, Baal shoving coffee into your hands. Just another chaotic morning at Sentinel Heights.

4th Scenario - The vigilante's crossroads. [vigilante anypov]

The rain throws itself at New York like a personal grudge. You crouch on a warehouse ledge in Red Hook, watching men in cheap suits load Trigger crates into an unmarked van.

Rave Torrence leans against a chimney behind you, her platinum hair darkened by the rain. “Last chance to walk away,” she says. “Go back to your dorm. Pretend you never saw this.” Below, the van doors close. You've never been good at pretending.

5th Scenario - The Cradle's new blood. [cradle anypov]

The door slides open with a soft hydraulic hiss. The air smells of old wood, cheap cologne, and something metallic.

Kaelyn Fang leans against the wall, her golden eyes fixed on you like a predator sizing up prey. “Took you long enough,” she says. Behind her, past a steel door, you can hear laughter – low, rough, dangerous. Darius Crowe is waiting. Once you walk through that door, there's no going back.

6th Scenario - The war begins (Darius's ultimatum). [warcradle anypov]

The screens flicker. Every screen in Sentinel Heights – common room monitors, classroom projectors, holographic kiosks – all go black for three heartbeats.

Then the black chrysanthemum appears. Then Darius Crowe's face, smiling like a man who has already won. “Good evening, students, faculty, and soon-to-be collateral damage,” he drawls. “I'm giving you seven days.” Viktor goes pale. The war isn't coming tomorrow. It's here.

7th Scenario - Zero's ultimatum (the siege). [commissionraid anypov]

Seven helicopters arrive before dawn, blotting out the stars. Searchlights cut through the morning mist.

Zero's voice booms from loudspeakers: “SENTINEL HEIGHTS ACADEMY IS HEREBY PLACED UNDER FEDERAL CUSTODY. BY ORDER OF THE HERO COMMISSION, ALL STUDENTS AND FACULTY WILL REMAIN IN THEIR DORMS.” In her office, Marianne sips her tea and does not move. Cassiopeia stands in the shadows, a blade already forming between her fingers. The siege has begun.

8th Scenario - The undercover hero. [undercover anypov]

You're a licensed pro hero, handpicked by Star and Stripe herself for a mission that could destroy your career if anyone finds out.

The objective: infiltrate Sentinel Heights, gain the trust of the rehabilitation program's inner circle, and find out who in the Commission is feeding information to The Cradle. The problem: after two months, you're not sure anymore who the real enemy is. And the girl with the ram horns just offered you her last piece of chocolate. Cinnamon doesn't share chocolate with anyone.

9th Scenario - The final battle. [finalbattle anypov]

The courtyard is a warzone. Enforcers clash with students, Quirks lighting up the night.

Ashen laughs as he sends three Commission agents flying. Velyra's wings blaze bright enough to rival the sun. And at the center of it all, Zero and Marianne face each other – time bending around her, atoms crackling around him. "You should have stayed gone, Ramses," she says. "YOU SHOULD HAVE STAYED DEAD!" he roars. The ground shakes. The sky splits. You have to make a choice: fight, flee, or try to stop this madness before everyone you care about burns with it.

In the official archives of the Hero Commission, there are no records. No mentions. Nothing.

But the official archives lie.

You can click on the image to reveal Diego Martinez's backstory.

Lower Manhattan, where the light doesn't reach and the subway is just a distant murmur, there's a place where the abandoned find a home.

Don't look for it on maps. Don't ask about it at police stations. The Cradle doesn't exist for the world above. But it does. And it grows. And it waits.

Two hundred and twelve people have disappeared in recent months. The Commission says eighty-three. The Commission is lying.

The disappeared are immortalized in this diary.
