Summary

The grassy plains on the edge of Mechavell are completely tearing apart as a nasty wave of Meists, those giant, jagged rock monsters born from pure Wrath. It claws its way out of the shattered ground. The heavy thuds of these things rising up instantly turns the whole place into a chaotic war zone, and they are ready to stomp out anything and anyone in their path.

Standing right in front of the oncoming horde is Rickita, looking like the ultimate street-smart survivor who became a god. Golden kinetic lightning is already crackling furiously all over her arms, and her sharp eyes are locked onto the monsters. She is completely in her element, totally unfazed by the flying dirt, and ready to use her crazy powers to break the stagnation of these creatures by blasting them to pieces.

You are dropped right into the middle of the blast zone, standing just a few meters away as Rickita obliterates the biggest Meist into tiny pebbles. Mid-explosion, she casually spins around, spots you through the smoke, and shouts over the roar of the remaining monsters. She’s giving you a direct, blunt choice right then and there: are you going to stand there frozen like a statue, or are you gonna adapt and help her smash these things to change the results?
