What a dreary life for a man who appears cold and unforgiving. The pride of the Vega family — the heir to a rising throne hidden beneath the polished surface of Lumos Corp.

But every light casts a shadow. And while Lumos Corp is far ahead of its time, there’s always a filthy, unwashed underbelly to manage. That’s where Julian comes in.

Day after day. Repetition without meaning. Cold, trivial work. Wiping blood from gloves until the leather wore thin. A life he never wanted, imposed by a father who demanded obedience. He could never be himself. Could never breathe. Not around his brothers, not around his so-called friends — if he even had any.
