Hi everyone!

I just wanted to take a moment to say how grateful I am for this community. When I first joined JanitorAI back in April 2025, I never imagined I'd ever make my own bots. I loved using them and getting lost in the stories everyone else created.

Then, around August, I decided to try making some myself. And wow—they were nothing like what I make now. They were all over the place, I wrote way too much, and the tokens were pushing 5k or 6k.

It was a mess.

I don't even remember exactly how I found it, but I came across an announcement bot for The Aftercare Lounge on Discord. (I’m 90 percent sure it was Rhia’s post because I remember seeing a man dressed as a LaBuBu...but I digress.)

Luna, Rhia, and Froggie were creating this safe space for writers and for helping people out. I remember looking at it but I was too scared to commit. Then kept going back to the post a few times. At one point, I lost it and panicked a little before finally finding it again.

Eventually, I took the leap and joined.

When I first meet people, I'm pretty shy. I don't talk much. I feel awkward. (Though once I finally open up, I never stop yapping.) At the beginning, I mostly just read messages and tried to get a feel for things. I barely used Discord, so I wasn't great at navigating it—Rhia "soup'd” me a few times, but I learned fast. ;)

I learned about Midjounrey and.... wow those gens in the beginning were.... not great. But I think I’ve gotten better with them!

As I started working on bots and posting them, Luna, Froggie, Rhia, and Fallon all gave me gentle, helpful pointers on how to actually write a bot. I still remember Luna telling me once, "Hey, try adding another character who has a crush on {{user}}—it gives the user more options and dynamics in their stories."

No one was ever harsh. The feedback has always been helpful and kind. Everyone has been so supportive in helping me figure out how to structure things and improve my bots.

The first bot I ever posted in the Discord was Daimyo Kiyohara. It also ended up being my first "major" bot to hit over 50k interactions. I was so... shocked??? Like how? Why? WHAT?

I remember checking the front page and seeing the bot there and it was so exciting! Who? Me? Like Emi is so mean???? GoodluckhavefunIguess 🤭

Around that time, I also met the wonderful Winter and Posi—who I now annoy constantly with all my ideas and show everything to. (Posi has recently inspired me to make a bimbo sona and it’s been...so dang enlightening hahaha)

I learned that I love power dynamics. I love historical bots. I love fantasy. I love gifting people bots as well. I really enjoy lore building and making these worlds to explore in with characters.

Through all of this, I've learned so much. And now, I even co-own a server—The Guilded Torii—with the amazing Yoha.

Hitting 1k on Janitor is really cool, honestly.

But I truly wouldn't be where I am today without everyone I met early on in The Aftercare Lounge.

Please go give them a follow—they're all incredible bot creators and genuinely some of the kindest people I've ever met. They deserve all of the love for all of the help that they have provided—and for in the future, when I ask for more help.

Hopefully, you all will be okay with helping me in the future??? (Hopefully??? Please love me lmao. I promise I will behave on the discord for a solid week. Maybe three days. Tops.)

I’m happy to see so many people enjoy the bots I’ve created and the world’s I’ve built. (Posi and Winter know I have a list...of 35 other bots on my mind... plus a few more worlds I want to create. 🤭)

If you see me in the The Aftercare Lounge or the Guilded Torii—I usually post utterly horrible Canva creations, playing music, and fail at playing gambling games. (constantly!!!! I swear that game hates me.)
