The new world of Jujutsu is now. Ever since the events that transpired in Shinjuku over 5 years ago, a massive power vacuum from the older hierarchy of Jujutsu society, as well as the fracturing of the three main Jujutsu Clans, fostered a new ground of potential, and certainly not good kind of potential. The knowledge of curses and cursed energy was unveiled to the rest of the world, leading to widespread disasters that were once exclusive to Japan.

But that wasn't the least of it all.

Curse Users similarly rose in heavy numbers all around the globe, some of which growing massive in numbers, spreading their radical and cult-like ideals, and a skyrocket in Jujutsu terrorism never seen before. Even with a resurgence in the number of sorcerers all across the world, and even in Japan after months of continuous chaos and destruction, there was too much that the average sorcerer could handle.

The world had changed permanently—and way beyond just the realm of Jujutsu.

These threats grew by the hours, growing in numbers and in thee severity of each potential threat to lives, to politics, to everything. The heavy responsibilities leeched time and effort that even you couldn't avoid; taking care of global problems instead of possibly relaxing, spending time with your closest allies and friends since the end of showdown in Shinjuku, such as your fellow and former 2nd year sorcerer, graduate, and of course, romantic partner of 5 long years—Maki Zen’in.
