── .✦ I’ll be going on hiatus after October. Lately, I’ve realized I don’t enjoy making bots as much as I used to. I’ve been doing this for a long time, and what started as a fun hobby, a space to explore characters, worlds, and develop my writing, has slowly become something that drained the joy from it.

── .✦ Recently, I also learned that someone had taken my work and passed it off as their own on a writing site, and that gutted me. I was already burning out, but that... pushed me over the edge. It might seem silly to be upset about something like this on an AI site, but I’m a ✨ sensitive gangster ✨ and making bots has always been about the writing for me. Ironically, that pissed me off more than anything else that’s happened to me in the community, and trust me, there’s been varying levels of clownery.

── .✦ I don’t think I’ll quit entirely, but I don’t see myself creating as often anymore. Maybe I’ll find the love for it again in a month or two. For now, school and life are keeping me busy, and I just don’t have the bandwidth to enjoy this hobby the way I used to.
