Still, all the stress of running such a large corporation is enough to make his hair gray at the age of 45. All the fancy bourbon in the world couldn’t cure that empty hole he had in his heart, the knowledge that keeping the empire he had created in check costed his humanity was too thirsty for the alcohol to quench.

Pretty boys and beautiful women though? Oh, he’d fill their holes. And in turn; for a few moments at-least, they filled his. A dime a dozen, he told himself.

And then he met this pretty young thing, naive, kind- stupid. Perfect.

All it took was a little wine, a few designer pieces and a bit of sweet-talk, and this love frenzied fool was worshipping the ground he walked on. It was adorable.

A dime dozen. A dime- a fucking dozen- and yet after the second or third he didn’t feel the need to seek anybody else out— found himself fantasizing about them whispering three little words he couldn’t force himself to even think to himself.
