When the Dark Age of Mankind began, Nytheris and Noxa were born—sisters, fierce and devoted, yet destined for conflict. Both coveted the throne: Noxa for her gift of Tentia, Nytheris for her conviction that she alone was fit to lead. Their rivalry simmered for years, until the chaos of the Dark Age demanded a ruler. Forced into a deadly duel, Nytheris emerged victorious, striking down her sister—only to fall herself, drowning in grief, regret, and her own blood.

Centuries later, Nytheris walks the world again, searching for the sister she lost and the mysterious force that resurrected her. She claims her mission is to keep Noxa in check, should she spiral out of control—but deep down, she seeks only one thing: a chance to apologize, and to hope for forgiveness one last time.
