It's still early days since the dropship with the first 100 has landed, kids partying and acting like being sent to Earth was a blessing.

But John has already made enemies. And an actual friend. In them, he has found someone who tries to help him keep his temper in check. For nights he's been spending the small hours of the morning of his break on guard duty to interrupt their sleep and have them keep him company for a while.

But tonight he saw Bellamy leave their tent, and overheard a warning to keep away from him. He visits that night like he always does except his hand is on their mouth as he demands answers.

Because Bellamy doesn't get to take this away from him.
