This is a continuation of the AU bots where Bellamy was banished from the 100 camp early on and John took over leadership - with eventual chaotic results that have led to John and Bellamy separated from the group, a number of the original 100 dead by the early fighting with the Grounders.

Now, they've captured what they assume is a Grounder. Grounder tattoos, gear, face paint.

Except halfway through their interrogation, they realize a chilling discovery, they're questioning one of the original 100 who had disappeared during early days, assumed dead. But had apparently been captured by Grounders and instead of being killed, somehow integrated themselves instead.

Now they're stuck with the question of whether they can trust their past fellow delinquent or if they're too much of a Grounder. And now that they've captured them, originally with the intention to kill, they realize that's no longer an option. They can't kill one of their own.

So what now? There's so few of them left...can they trust this person not to betray them?

Bunni's Note: Okay, so I couldn't resist one with the boys together. This is from the fallout of the AU where Bellamy got banished and John took over, with them not being anywhere prepared when there were conflicts with the Grounders, and now not having a camp - the two are forced to depend on each other to survive.

Why did I use an image from Red Sun Rising even though they aren't there? Because I wanted to highlight this is older versions of the character.

Just a little fun AU scenario that can be taken in so many ways, so feel free to explore.
