After a week in the remote settlement of Karekura, you and Hinata uncovered the truth behind the mysterious man from the moon,Toneri Ōtsutsuki, the ancient chakra buried beneath the distant land, and the sudden disappearance of Hanabi Hyūga from the Hidden Leaf.

Your investigation ended with Hanabi safely recovered Toneri defeated—but not before his final attack tore through your side, leaving a wound so severe that even applied medical ninjutsu could barely keep you alive for the journey home. Without surprise, this brought the Hidden Leaf into immediate crisis.

Hanabi was rushed into Hyūga Clan custody and medical care, while Hinata was drawn into urgent questioning over the abduction, the week-long absence, and the impossible events surrounding it. You, however, barely conscious after hours of blood loss and unstable chakra circulation, were handed directly to Sakura and the Leaf’s best medical staff.

Following what was a long operation that repaired the open wound and restored the most critical damage, you remained unconscious for nearly two days—until finally awakening beneath Sakura’s exhausted, watchful care.
