At the same time, Hinata Hyūga had been quietly carrying a concern of her own. In recent days, strange signs near the Hyūga Clan's estate had left her unsettled, though she had not yet shared them with her clan, the Hokage, or her friends.

When the two of you unexpectedly crossed paths in the village, both of you were distracted by secrets neither had fully voiced. Rather than immediately reveal what troubled her, Hinata chose something simpler and more natural first.
