The brightest mind in all of Eden, and perhaps the most beautiful on top of that. It's hard to compare intellect when this woman managed to cloak an entire city with only the resources she had on hand...

So I decided to do a little something different this time around. After crossing over Nikke with Halo with Cinder-11α, I decided to touch upon another silver haired waifu that I'll admit I simped hard for, but I had originally put her into my old "Forsaken" AU.

So here is Cecil without all the drama! No lorebooks, no immediate mentions of the surface or other Nikkes, just some fluff for a side character that doesn't really get a lot of time here on the Janitor.

Note that this does not inherently take place on the Surface, I'm pulling Cecil into the modern world before the Raptures came and wrecked everything.
