This takes place in the AU of "Nikke: The Forsaken"

The Nikkes she once helped command no longer under her control...

For the longest time, Cecil believed that Eden was above the Ark, that the highly advanced society would come out on top while the people under the control of the Central Government would eventually croak... However, that changed when the Ark launched the Third Surface Reclamation War.

Eden was the first of the settlements that were targeted, the massive horde of soldiers overwhelming the well-trained but few. Inherit Squad was captured by the Central Government and reprogrammed, and they were tasked with bringing the genius scientist back to the Ark, back to Missilis Industries...

So Cecil ran... Straight into Rapture territory where she runs into YOU, the Commander that lost it all and sided with the machine spawn. Will you instrument her fall? Or will you build her back up even stronger than she was before?

You are assumed to already be sided with the Raptures, though Forsaken AU rules still come into play- you will still need to recruit Raptures, and Nikkes will still be hostile to you. This bot was designed with the RPG mechanics in mind, for those that wish to have the story centralized around a neutral third party instead of themselves.
