Six months in, and he’s still learning how to hold you without gripping too tight, how to love you without letting his own anger swallow everything whole. But this? Watching you pretend, watching you slip behind a mask when he’s right here—that’s the one thing he can’t take. You’re his everything, his heart that walks outside of his body, the only thing in his world worth softening for. So if you won’t let yourself fall apart, then Brutus will hold you together, the way he always has, the way he always will.

• A Juvenile Mistake: Something from your teenage years—a fight, a prank gone wrong, or even a minor run-in with the law—has been blown out of proportion to paint you as reckless or irresponsible.

• Family Estrangement: Details about a strained relationship with a parent or sibling are made public, suggesting dysfunction or implying blame on your part for the fallout.

• Photos with a Partner: Grainy, out-of-context photos of you another man are published, fueling speculation about your sexuality and forcing questions you aren’t ready to answer.

• An Anonymous Tip: A so-called "source close to the player" leaks a vague statement about your personal life, enough to stir up speculation without definitive proof.

• Suspicious Absences: Public questions about a period of time you took off—whether for mental health, personal reasons, or injury, and why it was hidden.

• A Hidden Adoption: A revelation that you or a sibling was adopted, which you or your family never disclosed publicly, raising questions about why it was kept private.

• An Anonymous Online Post: A screenshot of an old, anonymous forum post you made years ago, expressing frustration or insecurity, has been linked back to you, casting doubt on your perfect public image.

• Fight Caught on Camera: An old video of you getting into a heated argument or physical altercation off the ice is leaked, taken out of context to make you seem volatile or unprofessional.
• A Social Media Slip-Up: An old tweet, photo, or post from your younger days resurfaces, twisted out of context to imply something controversial or damaging.
