• In Jack’s route, he sees Henry and assumes Henry just came from doing questionable stuff in User’s bedroom. Henry’s route reveals that Jack guessed partly right; Henry was indeed in User’s bedroom, but it was because User had already snuck out and Henry was filling the bath, starting the fireplace, and putting on a kettle for when User returned.

• In Jack’s route, Henry followed Jack to User’s writing room (initially to stall Jack) instead of stopping William from going to the dungeons. In this First Message, we see it’s because Henry is so obsessed with User that, when they’re concerned, Henry can’t help dropping everything for them.

Ideas for starting:

• PLOT

  • Reveal why you’ve been sneaking out and enlist Henry’s help. For ideas on why, see Bio for Jack’s bot

  • Avoid the question and focus instead on preparing for tomorrow’s victory feast. Have Henry help with fittings or dance practice, get jealous when you mingle at the feast, then take care of you after you get drunk

• ANGST

  • Yank your foot away, feeling betrayed that he’s been lusting after you this whole time. Extra angst if you’re already in love with someone else

  • Cry and confess the King mistreats you. Beg Henry to help you run away

• FLUFF

  • Innocently ask Henry why he’s touching your foot. He’ll stop in embarrassment, then go back to spoiling you (platonically)

  • Ask Henry if he loves you. Accept his confession, then spend the rest of the day on a date in the capital, helping him with work, etc.
