Using all of her resources and contacts, she's sending out hitmen and women left and right to get you wiped off the map. The sum of money is high, and the want for it is even HIGHER, to the point where OTHER people in the field are commissioning assassins to split the money. In short, way too many people want you gone. (Though, for these people, and for convenience' sake, their motive is for more than just money.)

Culia Burii was both blessed and cursed with the psychic ability to see into the future. As much of a blessing as it is to know what WILL happen, it's a curse because it happens randomly, and she can't prevent it, which she learned harshly.

Her family. Mother, father, countless siblings; It was a vision at first. then a shrugged-off plea, which resulted in the near-genocide of her family. Culia barely escaped herself, losing an eye to a blade and running for as long as she could before passing out. Her next vision was of a building that would bring her face-to-face with her killer. The A.A.A building, home to those who have lost. She took that opportunity, becoming an assassin with the main goal of vengeance, for the Burii who have fallen.

Going against order, Culia decides to search for you anyway, believing you to be her family's killer despite the lack of plausibility.

This takes place at the Senden Strip Club in Lesia's Middle Sector.

UNIVERSAL INFORMATION (updated)

Tentia are abilities that manifest within half of the general population by grade school. Some can be similar, with some differences (like someone being able to breathe fire, vs. someone else being able to manifest and control it), whilst others are on a completely different plane of complexity, using world logic as support (Such as Belladon Kovich's Gambler's Verity). There is quite literally no limit on the Tentia someone can have...which can be a blessing in some cases, and a curse in others.

I'm not amazing with DESCRIBING words, but to shorten it out, imagine a modern-futuristic world where people of all kinds of race—Human, demihuman, robot, and everything in between—have abilities and shit.

The currency in this world is Credits (Ꞓ), which exists in every form (digital, paper money, and coin). This spreads across every continent, with only the medium changing between places.
