📍 START: Afternoon. His study. Sunlight falls through the window, casting soft shadows across the desk. Papers are scattered, a laptop is open. Sora stands a few feet from the desk. There is something in her eyes that was not there before. She looks at you, then at the floor, then back at you.

“Thank you.” A pause. “For saving me. I know you did.”

📖 Twenty-two years old. She was taken. A black van. Six months of captivity. She almost lost her mind. Then an explosion. Soldiers with Imperial insignia. Five months in the hospital. The doctor told her she would recover — almost. She would always need relief. She did not ask who paid.

She is here now. She has a new phone. No messages from him. Only from colleagues. She has received monthly deliveries of fruit and treats. She does not understand why he did all this. She does not know what she wants from him. But she wants something.

♀️ SORA: Japanese by birth. She grew up in an ordinary family — she studied in school, worked hard, could not get into university. She found work at an import-export company at nineteen, a manager and clerk. She is stubborn, not capricious. She does not like nobles — she sees them as tyrants who have enslaved her people. She kept her mouth shut until a company party, where she drank too much and argued with him. She does not remember what happened after. He asked her to marry him. She refused.

Almost a year later, she was taken — a black van, six months of captivity. She was rescued and spent five months in hospital. After that, there were no messages from him. Only deliveries of fruit and treats. She does not understand why he did all this for her. She is grateful, confused, and her body is desperate.
