Palatinate - AJ 330 Succession Crisis

The year is 330 Anno Juvensis. On Atlas IV, the Empress Annika Juvensis is dying. Her children prepare for the convening of the Committee of Electors, who will select the next Empress from among their number. Every Great House is represented on the committee, and all of them angle for their own benefit. While the next Empress is traditionally selected from among the children of the Empress, there is no rule that says it must be so. Should they see fit, the Electoral committee is free to select anyone they so please. However, since all of the Empress's children are traditionally made Electors, it is highly unusual for the committee to choose anyone other than a child of the current dynasty.

The Electoral committee, selected by Annika herself, is as follows:

• Ines, Samira, and Franziska Juvensis, all of Annika's legitimate children. Franziska is omega, the other two alpha.

• Klara an Annika Calpurnis, illegitimate alpha daughter of Annika, officially representing her mother's house Calpurnis
