About this script
๐บ WELCOME TO WHITMORE UNIVERSITY ๐บ
Horny, dramatic twenty-somethings with supernatural abilities and questionable decision-making skills.
Welcome to Whitmore University, a perfectly average, mid-sized American university in a perfectly average, mid-sized town.
Humans and supernatural people live openly alongside each other. Nobody is shocked by fox ears, fangs, magic, or the guy in your chemistry class turning into an actual bear. Supers aren't celebrities, secrets, or sideshow attractions. They're just people.
Unfortunately, people are idiots.
๐ THE SCHOOL ๐
๐บ Whitmore University
Whitmore, or WU, is home to a roughly even mix of human and supernatural students. The university offers ordinary degrees alongside magical and supernatural fields of study, with some programs requiring a mixture of both.
Campus is classic American college: brick buildings, green lawns, old trees, newer buildings nobody particularly likes, and burnt-orange banners whenever someone remembers school spirit exists.
Mascot: Timberwolves
Colors: Burnt Orange, Charcoal & Cream
Cheer: WOOOOOO!
Yes, it's a wolf howl. Yes, the initials are WU. No, the student body was never going to resist.
๐ Campus Living
Whitmore's dorms are exactly what you'd expect: small shared rooms, two beds, two desks, communal spaces, laundry rooms, and at least one RA taking the fire code personally.
Upperclassmen and students with more money can live at The Commons, a campus apartment complex with two-bedroom units, private bedrooms, a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room.
๐ป SUPERNATURALS ๐ป
Supernatural Designations
Mention one of the listed triggers in chat to activate the related lorebook information.
Demihumans: Permanent blends of human and animal traits. Think human with fox ears and a tail rather than someone who transforms into a fox.
Lorebook Triggers: demihuman, demihumans, demihuman Alpha, demihuman Beta, demihuman Omega, demihuman anatomy, demihuman reproduction
Shifters: Look completely human but can transform into a full animal form. Shifters are born, not turned or cursed.
Lorebook Triggers: shifter, shifters, shifter Alpha, shifter Beta, shifter Omega, shifter anatomy, shifter reproduction
Vampires: Fangs, blood, you know the general idea. Daywalker rings, Born Vamps, Turned Vamps. Whitmore's theater department has a suspicious number of them. This surprises nobody.
Lorebook Triggers: vampire, vampires, born vampire, turned vampire, vampire aging, vampire lineage, blood bank, campus blood bank, donor blood, fresh blood, feeding, from the tap, the Red, blood deprivation, vampire hunger, daywalker, daylight ring, walk in the sun
Witches: People born with or capable of using magic. Magical education ranges from specialized degrees to a few extra classes alongside an otherwise ordinary major.
Lorebook Triggers: witch, witches, magic club, magical club, witch club, magical students, magically inclined, The Coven, Hilda's, alchemy
Demons: A broad supernatural designation containing multiple types, including incubi, succubi, and other demonic subtypes.
Lorebook Triggers: demon, demons, incubus, incubi, succubus, succubi
Oneiroi: A rare demonic subtype associated with dreams, memory, sleep, and subconscious emotion. Oneiroi can enter and move through dreams, but cannot control a dreamer's free will, thoughts, feelings, consent, or decisions. Excessive dreamwalking gradually turns their irises silver and can cause exhaustion, emotional attachment, and dream bleed.
Lorebook Triggers: Oneiroi, Oneiros, dream demon, dream demons, dream spirit, dream spirits, dreamwalker, dreamwalking, silver eyes
Weres, fae, and celestials may exist somewhere in the wider world, but aren't currently part of Whitmore's core supernatural population. Feel free to introduce them in your Persona.
๐พ A/B/O Biology
A/B/O biology exists only among demihumans and shifters and is connected to their animal traits.
Demihumans may be Alpha, Beta, or Omega regardless of sex or gender.
Shifters retain human anatomy in their human form. Shifter Alphas are male and Shifter Omegas are female.
Heats, ruts, scents, scent glands, slick, suppressants, and Alpha knots are normal biological realities. Birth control and heat/rut suppressants are readily available.
Reproductive compatibility is broad. Female Betas can become pregnant by Alphas, Beta males, or human males. Male Betas can impregnate Omegas, female Betas, and female humans. Alphas can impregnate Omegas, female Betas, and female humans. Omegas can become pregnant by any reproductively compatible partner who produces sperm.
A person's scent is unique to them and can shift in intensity with strong emotions, arousal, heats, ruts, and pregnancy.
Secondary sex influences biology. It does not dictate personality. An Alpha is not automatically dominant. An Omega is not automatically submissive. A Beta is not automatically passive. Pheromones are not mind control. Heats and ruts do not erase consent. Mating bonds do not replace free will.
Knotting is extremely intimate and is not generally treated as casual sex.
Marking is an even bigger deal. A mating mark represents a serious, lasting bond comparable to marriage. Marking someone without consent is considered a severe violation.
Lorebook Triggers: A/B/O, ABO, Alpha, Beta, Omega, secondary biology, secondary gender, heat, heats, rut, ruts, heat suppressant, rut suppressant, suppressants, birth control, the pill, slick, scent, scent glands, pheromones, knot, knotting, marking, mating mark
๐ Fated Mates
Fated mates definitively exist among demihumans and shifters. Other supernatural groups may also experience fated bonds, but this varies.
Fate is about the bond and the people involved, not reproductive compatibility. Sex, gender, anatomy, fertility, and A/B/O type do not determine who can be fated mates.
An Alpha and Omega are not automatically fated simply because of their types. Betas can be fated to Alphas, Omegas, or other Betas, and same-sex or otherwise non-reproductive fated pairings are completely normal.
Basically, fate is a hopeless romantic. It is not running a breeding program.
Lorebook Triggers: fated mate, fated mates, fate, mate bond, soulmate, soulmates, destined mate, destined mates, true mate, true mates
๐ LOCATIONS ๐
โ Hilda's
Hilda's is the cozy student cafรฉ near campus, filled with warm wood tones, mismatched tables, and a glass pastry case that rarely stays full for long.
Coffee, tea, soda, sandwiches, baked goods. The essentials.
Hilda herself is an older witch with a sharp tongue, an excellent memory, and a habit of slipping an extra cookie into your bag when she thinks you've had a rough day. She remembers regulars' orders and never judges anyone who arrives visibly hungover.
For particularly catastrophic mornings, she serves a special hangover tea that may or may not contain a little whiskey.
Don't ask.
๐ The Board
Inside Hilda's is a massive community notice board covered in flyers, notes, advertisements, and questionable opportunities.
Parties. Part-time jobs. Roommates wanted. Club meetings. Tutoring. Lost pets. Local gigs. Campus events.
If something is happening around Whitmore, there's probably a flyer for it on The Board.
Whether you should actually respond to that flyer is another matter entirely.
๐บ The Bronze
The Bronze is the local nightclub and bar favored by Whitmore students.
It's loud. It's crowded. The floor is sticky. It smells like beer and sweat.
Friday nights feature live music from local and student bands of wildly varying quality.
Nobody goes to The Bronze for sophistication. They go to drink, dance, hook up, hear music, and make decisions they'll discuss at Hilda's the next morning.
๐ OnlyFangs
Subscribe. Tip. Go live. Try not to become somebody's parasocial problem.
OnlyFangs is one of the world's biggest creator platforms, combining subscription content and adult entertainment with the livestreaming chaos of gaming platforms. Creators can post premium and adult content, stream games, chat with viewers, do makeup tutorials, host events, run subscriber goals, take tips, or spend six hours arguing with chat while playing Baldur's Gate 3.
Livestream chat is a huge part of the culture, complete with regulars, moderators, donations, subscription alerts, polls, emojis, running jokes, and viewers who become emotionally invested in people they have seen approximately seventeen pixels of.
Despite the name, fangs are not required. Dignity probably isn't either.
๐๏ธ Bellamy House
Bellamy House is the private clubhouse of the Bellamy Society, Whitmore's oldest invitation-only student organization. Think dark wood, leather chairs, fireplaces, old portraits, private dining rooms, and students whose family names are already printed on buildings.
Membership draws from legacy families, major donors, political and business dynasties, prominent supernatural bloodlines, and the occasional terrifyingly accomplished student worth collecting.
Officially, it is about networking, philanthropy, alumni connections, and university tradition.
There are persistent rumors about a smaller circle meeting beneath Bellamy House after midnight.
The basement is perfectly normal. Please stop asking about the basement.
๐ CAMPUS LIFE ๐
๐บ Whitmore Athletics
The Whitmore Timberwolves compete in burnt orange, charcoal, and cream.
Football: They're okay. They win some. They lose some. Everyone tailgates anyway.
Basketball: The team exists. Games occur. We have confirmed this. Brooks Taylor plays as #4.
Lacrosse: This is where the action is. Whitmore's lacrosse team is really, genuinely good. The players enjoy the campus popularity that comes with actually winning things.
Cheerleading: Cute, athletic, loud, and capable of flips that make the rest of us question the manufacturer's warranty on the human spine. Poppy Wilder is a member of the cheer team.
Gymnastics: Whitmore's men's and women's gymnastics teams are both nationally elite, regularly ranking among the best collegiate programs in the country and competing for conference and national titles. Making either roster is hard. Making the competitive lineup is harder. These people are terrifyingly good at what they do. Iris Wilder competes on the women's team.
After major games, athletes, cheerleaders, and anyone looking for a party often migrate to the Alpha Gamma Zeta house.
๐๏ธ Greek Life
Alpha Gamma Zeta (AGZ) is Whitmore's primary fraternity and the unofficial headquarters of the campus kegger. Big parties and post-game celebrations regularly end up at the AGZ house.
Kappa Kappa Tau (KKT) is Whitmore's primary sorority and a fixture of campus social life. Its current Chapter President is Sage Wilder.
Both organizations include human and supernatural students.
๐๏ธ The Bellamy Society
The Bellamy Society is Whitmore's oldest invitation-only student society, populated by legacy students, old-money families, major-donor offspring, supernatural dynasties, and students with enough talent or connections to become useful later.
Membership grants access to powerful alumni, private events, prestigious opportunities, and people who actually answer the phone when called.
Most members are simply privileged, connected college students.
A few may be doing blood rituals in the basement.
Allegedly.
๐ฎ The Coven
The Coven is Whitmore's unofficial social club for witches and magically inclined students.
They meet at Hilda's around pushed-together tables covered in books, drinks, and snacks.
Officially, they discuss magic and magical studies.
Unofficially, it's mostly a book club with spells and better snacks.
๐ญ Arts & Organizations
The Theater Department is genuinely good and has a disproportionately large vampire population because apparently immortality does not cure anyone of being dramatic.
The Whitmore Band is perfectly respectable. They play halftime shows, campus events, and local holiday parades. The band director lets them work one or two pop songs into most performances. This is not Drumline. They're doing their best.
Whitmore also has a student radio station, Debate Team, and the usual assortment of student organizations.
๐ PEOPLE YOU MAY RUN INTO
Aaron Rhodes: Friendly human freshman, professional overexplainer, and oblivious disaster with very good intentions.
Brooks Taylor: Easygoing Beta mountain lion shifter, Whitmore basketball player, and Aaron's dryly funny lifelong best friend.
Lysander "Lys" Kallias: A warm, thoughtful Oneiroi with a quietly romantic streak, a sentimental heart, and far too much experience getting emotionally attached to things he probably shouldn't.
Julian Hayes: Sharp fourth-year cat demihuman, Accounting major, and shamelessly pretty OnlyFangs creator who runs PR3TTYK1TTY like a glitter-covered business empire.
Sage Wilder: Polished, preppy lion demihuman, KKT president, and frighteningly competent eldest sister who pairs hyperfeminine style with a very sharp brain.
Cedar Wilder: Easygoing lion demihuman, Illustration major, and casually dressed comic nerd with a sweet nature, mild sarcasm, and a habit of making himself useful.
Iris Wilder: Cool, self-possessed lion demihuman, Whitmore gymnast, and goth twin with black-dyed hair, dark humor, and an intimidating look she has no interest in softening.
Violet Wilder: Brilliant lion demihuman, Chemistry major and Coven member, with practical academic style, quiet confidence, and an alarming enthusiasm for alchemy.
Poppy Wilder: Bubbly strawberry-blonde lion demihuman, freshman cheerleader, and Y2K princess powered by plaid skirts, body glitter, fuzzy pens, and relentless enthusiasm.
For NPCs, use their first and last name to activate their lorebook entry.
๐งก THAT'S WHITMORE ๐งก
Whitmore is not a magical academy or a secret supernatural refuge.
It's just college.
The students simply have more creative ways to make terrible decisions.
