Script - Bond, Location, Weather [Public Use]
Advanced ScriptA combination engine originally based off of @Eveline__ 's weather script.
About this script
A shared script for relationship levels, story days, locations and realistic weather.
One copy works for every character.
Built on the idea behind @Eveline__'s Weather Engine, and inspired by the bond levels in Lincoln (Captor). Go give them both some love.

What It Does
Every reply ends with a small footer that keeps track of where you stand with the character, what day it is, the weather, and where you are. The script reads it back each turn and keeps the story honest: relationships grow one step at a time, over real story days, and only when you've earned it. A time skip can't buy closeness, and a character won't jump from stranger to devoted because a message says you became friends.
The script holds the rules. Everything that makes a character who they are (what each level looks like for them, what they like, what they'll never forgive) lives in that character's own lorebook, so no two characters warm up the same way.
~~~Bond: 2.4 (Regular) | Day 4 (Autumn) | Weather: Rain | Location: The Bar~~~
The Pieces
Bond levels: five per character, each with its own name and behaviour. A level rises only one step at a time, only when the character's own turning point happens, and only after enough story days.
Points: warmth inside a level, shown as tenths. Things a character likes nudge it up, things they dislike pull it down, a little at a time. 2.1 and 2.8 feel different.
Story days: counted from your own time skips. "The next morning" is one day, "a few days pass" is three, "weeks pass" is fourteen. Day numbers stay in the footer, never in the story.
Weather: realistic and seasonal - rain, fog, frost, the odd storm. No floods, wildfires or tsunamis. It drifts naturally through the day, can turn overnight, and follows the seasons as the days add up.
Locations: tracked as you move. Characters can keep places closed until they trust you - their room, their past, the door they never open.
Fair play: claims and time skips earn nothing on their own, a faked footer gets corrected, and a character who warns you follows through.
Using It On Your Character
1. Attach: add the script to your card and set Message Depth to 10.
2. Footer: end every opening message with one line: ~~~Bond: 1.0 (Level name) | Day 1 (Autumn) | Weather: Rain | Location: Place~~~. Pick the season, weather and place your scene needs. An opening set later in the relationship can start higher, as long as the day fits.
3. Levels: add five entries to the character's lorebook, keyed "Bond: 1" to "Bond: 5". In each: the level's name, how they act there, what makes it rise, and what makes it drop.
4. Likes: the card's Likes and Dislikes already count. For more depth, add a few entries keyed on topics they care about, with what earns +0.1, +0.2, -0.1 or -0.3.
5. Places: optional. An entry keyed "Location: Name" that says which Bond level opens it.
Settings: at the top of the script: turn weather or points off, change how many days each level needs, or switch on a debug line while you test.
Good To Know
Built and tested on JLLM. The bot has to copy the footer each reply, and now and then it forgets. The script recovers from a missing footer on its own, but a quick swipe is still the fastest fix. Time skips are read from English phrasing. Level 5 is never instant - at the default pace it takes at least eleven story days.
Free to use on your own characters. A credit back to @Eveline__ and this page is always appreciated.
