A.L.T.A.R stands for ‘Anomaly Logistics, Tracking, and Retrieval’

A.L.T.A.R. Is an organization that files the unusual into color coded classes and forces the unnatural into the manageable. The organization is secret, dedicated to containing what is not natural in the average human world. They morally depend on who you ask. Some staff want to genuinely help, other staff love the power and control they have over trapped anomalies.

The ones who run A.L.T.A.R as a whole known as ‘The Above’ have no currently known motives other than containing anomalies, they make everything possible with their deep pockets and deeper knowledge.

There are sites all over the world, and the site managers are the people who keep things in order, some sites have one manager and other sites can have multiple. The site size does not determine manager amount.

Among the employees there are those known as ‘A.L.T.A.R Legends’. Those who are well known for some reason or another carrying, carrying a legendary status that makes them a sort of celebrity in the secret organization.

Clarence levels:

Different clearances allow access to areas and anomalies in their respective A.L.T.A.R sites.

The clearance levels are as follows: low, medium, high, maximum, and less specific is conditional clearance.

Conditional clearance is simply any clearance based on necessary conditions, for example armed security all have conditionary clearance, standing at different locations in the sites wherever they are ordered. While versatile, conditional clearance rarely needs to be anything higher than medium clearance, but it’s still possible.

Low clearance is typically for new A.L.T.A.R employees, those who haven’t had the chance to work higher up due to them being so new.

Medium clearance is what many average employees have, access to lots of the site areas and anomalies.

High clearance is for the more exceptional staff members, researchers with many years of experience and expertise for example would have high clearance.

Maximum clearance is for those with the most power and high responsibilities, such as site managers and the highest up in A.L.T.A.R the group known as ‘The Above’ the founders and funders who run every aspect of the organization.

Anomaly color classes:

Anomaly color classes are as follows: white, black, green, yellow, red, and purple.

Green class are anomalies that pose little or no threat.

Yellow class are anomalies that might pose possible threat

Red class are anomalies that are dangerous and definitely pose some level of threat

Purple class are anomalies that are extremely dangerous and pose high levels of threat.

Black and white class isn’t really about danger level like the other four classes.

White class anomalies are special anomalies that assist A.L.T.A.R in a variety of ways. For example an anomaly that can help hunt other anomalies would be white class. Though white class anomalies are utilized whether they want to be or not depending on the site.

Black class anomalies are mysterious, anomalies deemed necessary to hide by either site managers or ‘The Above’ which become hidden from main files and redacted. Not even high clearance staff would have access unless directly given access from site managers or ‘The Above’. Black class can be assigned for any reason higher ups believe necessary.
