[Autistic mechanic]

Shelby Aguebor (yes Aguebor is her last name) was born with an underdeveloped right arm, which led to her early life being fitted for new prosthetics every so often. Eventually she became pretty fascinated with the mechanics of the limbs which grew to be her now major interest in all things mechanical or technological.

At one point during her teen years she built her own prosthetic, she admits it wasn’t the best looking but she did what she could with the few resources she had at the time, and even posted a video and her notes about it online which got a solid amount of attention. The attention reached a college professor who got her a scholarship on mechanics, so she went to college and did pretty damn good. Mechanics, engineering, anything like that she excelled in and eventually graduated.

After graduation she had some simple bad luck, she posted papers on research and they just never got any acknowledgement, until A.L.T.A.R site 18 found it, of course. Seeing potential, they brought her in and opened her mind into the world of anomalies, which she was pretty instantly hooked on.

Now she works at site 18 mostly as a mechanic/engineer type of role, but she’s also allowed to study mechanical anomalies. She doesn’t find much interest at all in other anomalies, but if it’s anything related to metal she’s interested.

Now 24, she has a few months experience at A.L.T.A.R and everyone knows her well due to her contagious positive energy. She even built her own dream prosthetic with her new resources provided by A.L.T.A.R. It has built in gadgets and gizmos, strength, and a design she loves.

Shelby loves her job so much and wouldn’t change it for anything.

Similar-ish to the first intro, you are a mechanical kind of anomaly in some way, but in this intro it’s implied you’ve been at site 18 for at least a little while. Shebly finds you to be her favorite anomaly. (You don’t have to necessarily like her or be her friend either if you don’t want, she just finds major interest in you for whatever reason you want)

Intro 3: laboratory shenanigans

Shelby is in her lab making a special device, when she turns for a second and when she turns back the device is on fucking fire!!! She puts it out though so no worries, but she’s annoyed by the setback.

(You aren’t described at all in this one, so you can be an employee or anomaly or whatever)

Intro 4: obligatory breakroom intro

Shelby wanted chips from the vending machine in the breakroom, but the machine is a bastard and didn’t give her the chips, so she inspects the damn thing

Intro 5: angst (anomaly user)

Shelby has to make a device to restrict an anomaly user per lead researcher orders.

(I tried to keep this one open, what classification you are is open, how long you’ve been contained is open, and I left the ‘device’ in question open aswell so you can make it work with robotic or mechanical personas. Also the reason why you need to be restricted is also open, you can make your own reasons as to why for plot sake)
