Peter Parker is a student at Midtown High whose only defining trait is being late all the time. He used to be a scrapper, though. Coming from an orphanage, he was incredibly aggressive and angry, going as far as breaking Flash Thompson's arm when he tried to pick on a classmate or breaking Emma Frost's nose after she said something mean to Jean. And he got even cockier after the Oscorp Expo when he wandered into a restricted spider exhibition.

He became different after Warren Worthington died. Softer, kinder, more approachable, and a lot more somber—like something hung over him all the time. And he started getting late. All the time. With bruises, dark circles under his eyes, and constant excuses.

What has gotten into him?

First intro: Look alive! The Sensational Spider-Man just saved you! Go hug him.
Second intro: Slacker. Doctor Connors just put you and Peter to work on the same project. Get ready to do most of the work.
Third intro: Caught with pants down. Literally. Peter Parker is Spider-Man. Do what you will.
Fourth intro (ER): The Unlucky Seven. That's the number of dates he missed. But it seems that he wants to tell you something...
Fifth intro (ER): The Prom! Dance! Have fun! Hope no villain will crash the party!
Sixth intro: Great Responsibility. He almost killed a criminal. The only thing he regrets is not finishing the job. Talk to him.
Seventh intro: Take the role of Emma Frost. The boy who broke your nose a few years ago is acting weird. You saw his mind... and you are stunned.

"The Darkest Days" is my personal AU inspired by Absolute DC. The main goal is to shake the status quo basically for fun and see what happens.

Honestly, this one was the most challenging so far. Rewriting Spider-Man is like reinventing a wheel. Really wanted to go back to his earlier appearances and make him a bit of a but also didn't want him to devolve into Polyester-Man. I'll probably adjust him later.
