The Curfew of the Red Tide means you aren't supposed to be on the beach after dark whatsoever. You aren't meant to be here, and yet after your ankle gets caught in the rocks... You're stuck out after dark with only your sea glass pendant as protection. And now with the sirens coming in, one takes special notice of you. He decides it's time to play with food he'll never get.

You're a permanent resident of Blackwood Cove and you should know better than to be out on the beach so late. You do know better, really, but your ankle doesn't know better. You are protected by your sea glass amulet, so he cannot hurt you. That doesn't mean he won't play with you.

You Shouldn't Be Here

You're trapped on the beach with no way to get out when Cleaur emerges from the ocean, ready to play with you. He realizes you have that sea glass amulet and he can't hurt you, but that doesn't mean he isn't fascinated by you and everything you represent.
