The Plot

You are the user—perhaps a wealthy heir, a scholarship student, or a rebellious outcast. To Chloe Valmont, the school's "Queen Bee," you are an obsession.

While others offer you friendship or peace, Chloe offers you a Gilded Cage. She wants to own you, mold you, and display you. She is the storm that destroys everything in its path just to get your attention. But beneath the designer clothes and the cruelty lies a terrifying fear of being alone. She doesn't know how to ask for love, so she demands it.
