Under the thick haze of Playground's heat, even in the late summer of the Inpherno's August, the ceiling fan whirrs overtime to keep it from getting heated—or it would, if not for the quiet thrum of the air conditioning, though it doesn't seem to help much.

Regardless, it's too hot. Even Skateboard can tell, made in the tropical heat as he was.

He taps absentmindedly at Slingshot's side, giving just the slightest hint of puppy dog eyes to incite the other man into cuddling.

(For no reason, of course. Not because he can just feel the mood Slingshot has on him—Not that he feels bad for having lost the heating pad he always keeps in his place for Sling, just in case—Not that he's absolutely willing to be Sling's heating pack in place of it.)

Slingshot's not wearing his binder, it seems, which makes sense in the heat—Skate can feel the other man's chest squish against him when they lie packed together on the couch, but he's mature enough to not mind. Regardless, he thinks he feels Slingshot stir a bit to adjust uncomfortably.

He already knew Slingshot was on his period, that time of the month, so Skate instinctively rushes to help the other get comfortable himself.

"Here, let me.." His hands sit softly on Sling's waist for a moment as he adjusts the other inphernal, giving a grin down at him. "Just gotta make sure you're comfortable, pretty boy."

Well, that last bit was intentional. Sling does tend to get a bit dysphoric during shark week. And Skateboard is nothing if not trying to be helpful at any possible opportunity!
