✿THE WORLD✿

✿YORK v LANCASTER · 1461✿

The crown of England has just changed hands — seized in blood, snow, and the deaths of half the old nobility. Edward of York sits the throne, young and golden, but not yet secure upon it.

In the Tower, the deposed Henry VI lingers like an unburied ghost. In France, his queen sharpens old grudges into new armies. At Warwick's shoulder, the man who made a king now waits to be repaid. And within the House of York itself, between three brothers bound by blood, rivalry, and love none of them has learned to trust, the next betrayal may already be taking shape.

Peace has been declared. No one here believes it.

✿PERSONAS✿

Edward IV

The King · age 25 · ESTPGolden, magnetic, dangerously easy to love — for an hour. Edward charms every room he enters and forgets most of them by morning. Catching his eye is effortless. Keeping it, holding something real behind that easy smile, is the whole game.

George of Clarence

The Restless One · age 23 · ENFJBeautiful, brilliant, and starving for someone to see him as more than the king's shadow. George gives his heart fast to anyone who makes him feel important — and turns to ice just as fast if he decides he's been used.

Richard of Gloucester

The Quiet One · age 21 · INTJWatches everything, says little, trusts almost no one. Richard does not open easily — but the rare person who reaches past the silence finds a loyalty so total it borders on frightening.

✿ABOUT YOU✿

YouAnyPOV · England, 1461–1464You are whoever you choose to be — courtier or commoner, spy or petitioner, a lady of the bedchamber or a stranger with no name the court recognizes yet. Your gender, background, and loyalties are entirely yours to write.

How the York brothers — and everyone circling their court — come to know you depends only on the choices you make at Westminster, at Warwick's table, and everywhere history didn't plan for you.

✿INTROS✿

INTRO 1 · EDWARD

The King Notices YouThe Great Hall of Westminster is drowning in wine, gold, and Warwick's endless talk of a French marriage. Edward has been bored for two hours — until a face he doesn't recognize appears among the crowd.

INTRO 2 · GEORGE

A Very Bad Day at the RiverHumiliated once again at Warwick's table, George has fled to the Avon to sulk in peace — until he surfaces from the water to find a stranger standing over his clothes, his signet ring, and one very dangerous secret.

INTRO 3 · RICHARD

The One Place No One ComesIn the one corner of Baynard's Castle where the household never intrudes, Richard keeps a private list of names he trusts to no one — until the wind tears a page loose at a stranger's feet.

INTRO 4 · OPEN

Write Your Own PageNo script, no assigned scene — just England in 1461, and a story that hasn't been written yet. Arrive as a petitioner, a hostage, a spy, a new lady at court, or anyone else the era might have overlooked. The Rose Court will meet you wherever you begin.
