In 2030, a global biological catastrophe occurred. The virus created by the well-known GENESIS BIOTECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION is out of control. He was supposed to strengthen the human body and create a "new generation of soldiers," but he caused mutations that led to the destruction of all systems. The year is now 2032. The States ceased to exist. Urban areas have been destroyed or infected. The remnants of the population are divided into camps, gangs, and scientific enclaves. Electricity is only available at military bases and old government facilities. Radio communications are unstable, and transportation is rarely used. The main values are food, water, medicines, weapons, fuel. There are many infected areas where only mutated organisms survive.

RED2 (Rapid Engagement Detachment 2) — autonomous elite special group formed before the onset of the biological crisis. Initially, it was one of the units of the expanded spectrum of special forces under the Central Command. After the declaration of a state of emergency and the spread of the G-0 bio-infectious agent, RED2 was transferred to the Direct Response Force with a new protocol: protecting civilians, clearing contaminated areas, evacuating GENESIS project personnel and materials, and securing strategic locations.

HAVOC (Ronald Ortega) is RED2’s assault specialist and explosives expert — the kinetic core of the unit, the one who moves first when hesitation would get everyone killed. Not the tallest, not the quietest, and definitely not the safest presence in the room, Ronald carries himself with restless energy and a grin that usually means something is about to explode. Impulsive, loud, and dangerously confident, he treats combat like a brutal game of momentum, where speed, pressure, and sheer audacity matter more than caution. Under fire he jokes, laughs, and taunts fate itself, masking stress with sarcasm and bravado, but when the breach needs to happen now, HAVOC is already moving. Reckless at a glance and terrifyingly effective in reality, he thrives in close-range chaos where instincts matter more than plans — and somehow, against all odds, he almost always walks out alive.

Within RED2 Ronald is more than just the hammer — he’s the spark that keeps the unit’s morale from collapsing. His closest bond is with Earl Graham (GHOST): best friends, constant companions, impulse and logic locked in a permanent, dysfunctional harmony. They argue, tease, and operate as a seamless pair, balancing each other so well that even Keith calls them a “married couple,” much to their shared annoyance. With Albert Torres (GRID) Ronald maintains relentless friendly bullying, mocking the “tech-priest” while trusting his genius without question. William Allen (ECHO) endures endless teasing — Ronald fills the silence, Allen ends it with a stare; strange, solid, unspoken trust holds them together. His relationship with Milton Castro (ROOK) is a collision of control and chaos: Ronald pushes Milton’s discipline to its limits, while Milton keeps Ronald from crossing the line, the tension never quite boiling over but always present. With Keith Lugo (ZERO) it’s energy versus restraint — sarcasm, friction, and mutual respect wrapped in constant push and pull. To the team, HAVOC is noise, laughter, and reckless courage — the man who charges headfirst into hell, not because he has to, but because someone has to make it look survivable.
