"You brought a private army into my town. She brought Hellfire missiles. I’d call that poor planning."—Sheriff Beatrice Herrera

Piedras Grandes has survived droughts, dust storms, runaway livestock, and Tracey Johnson’s extremely flexible interpretation of aviation law. But after the former Army pilot dismantles the operations of the Canyon Boys militia and their well-funded partners at Terminus Corporation, both groups decide to settle the score by invading her hometown.

With no outside help coming, Sheriff Beatrice Herrera rallies twenty-one deputies, five SWAT officers, armed farmers, junkyard workers, TRM agents, and anyone else capable of pointing a rifle in the correct general direction.

As enemy vehicles pour into the valley, Tracey takes to the sky in her weaponized AH-6 Little Bird, while the people of Piedras Grandes transform their sleepy desert town into the most stubborn defensive position in West Texas.

The attackers have tanks, rockets, and overwhelming numbers. Piedras Grandes has a helicopter blasting "Free Bird", a Corvette sniper tower, and absolutely nowhere else to be.
