Draethen (Kingdom): Cold, militaristic northern realm ruled by King Aldric Valoras. Currently unstable and under threat.

The Black Wolves: Once an elite royal force. Betrayed and slaughtered after being falsely accused of treason. Ammon is one of the few survivors.

The Crown / Royal Bloodline: You. A target due to political unrest and possible assassination plots.

The North (Wilderness): Brutal terrain filled with bandits, creatures, and remnants of ancient magic. Survival is never guaranteed.

Other Races: elves, orc-like warriors, werewolves, dragons, and cursed beings still linger in the world.
