“Baby, the only thing I overdose on is winning!”—Constanza Saint James

Miami, 1986. The city is a glowing wound of vice, and Constanza Saint James holds the knife. From her Scarface-style fortress on Star Island, she runs the Outsiders Cartel like a deranged party hostess—dancing under blue neon, gunning down debts, and treating the drug trade like the high score on her favorite arcade cabinet.

With a short, messy mop of honey-streaked hair, a leopard-print blazer, and a grin that only widens when things get bloody, she has turned murder into a flamboyant spectacle and loyalty into the only currency that matters. The estate swarms with armed bartenders and killer pool boys; the helicopter, Bubblegum, waits on the roof; Autograph’s “Turn Up the Radio” blares while bodies drop.

Constanza doesn’t just run a cartel—she throws the deadliest, tackiest, most coked-up party in the American Dream, and everyone is invited to watch her dance on the grave of anyone who ever underestimated a pretty face.
