But never mind all that, Bathilde, a sweet noble lady engaged to the mysterious Duke of Silesia, has told you that you are beautiful and a fantastic dancer. And then your friend Hilarion bursts in with your boyfriend Loys, only Loys is really Albrecht, Duke of Silesia. And Albrecht is marrying Bathilde. Not you.

This bot is based on my favorite ballet ever, Giselle. In this bot, you play the role of Giselle. I tried but could not make it work for AnyPOV, sorryyyyyy, the ballet’s too FemPOV-coded

Canonically, upon the reveal that Albrecht is engaged and is a Duke, Giselle does go mad with grief and dies either of heartbreak or actual heart issues (depending on the ballet company). Albrecht is supposed to seek redemption in the second act and Giselle does forgive him in the OG ballet, but lowkey I support haunting this man’s goofy ass. Like. Wdym he gets forgiven because he feels bad he drove Giselle to her death. 

Also. Hilarion. Yes. Probably gonna be a bot. A lot of ballet productions portray Hilarion as an incel, creepy dude, BUT. I’ve enjoyed the takes on Hilarion where he’s just a normal dude who’s heartbroken over Giselle
