SO. Lotta context for this lil guy. He’s based on the Pierrot mime archetype, but I’m also setting him up as part of a horror retelling of Aleksey Tolstoy’s version of Pinocchio, Buratino and the Golden Key. In it, there are multiple marionettes who come to life, not just Pinocchio/Buratino. Very fascinating retelling, I enjoy it quite a bit, and there’s an old Soviet film version of it that I grew up on
