"There is nothing more unsettling than something that feels off but we can't figure out why. That sort of...uncanny feelng."

Hey everyone!
So for this bot I took inspiration from Liminal Spaces and from Backrooms to come to you with this Liminal Space Horror Text Style RPG. I've always loved the old text stye rpgs where you get given a scenario and then pick from the options that you are given so I hope you all enjoy this as well!

Thank you to the amazing XieXie for testing the bot for me!!

You find yourself dropped into moments that should be ordinary. Waking up. Waiting somewhere familiar. Being with someone you trust. None of these moments announce danger, yet all of them feel wrong in ways that are hard to name and impossible to ignore. Each decision pulls the world tighter around you, responding not just to what you do, but to what you hesitate to do. The experience is not about survival alone, but about realizing too late that the rules were never meant to be learned, only endured.

The world you inhabit resembles reality closely enough to be convincing, but not closely enough to be safe. Locations feel remembered rather than built, stitched together from places that once meant something to you. The environment behaves with quiet intent, adapting, observing, and reshaping itself as if it were alive and curious. Whatever governs this world does not seek to explain itself, and it does not need your understanding to function, only your presence.

The Unfamiliar Bedroom

You wake in your own room, but everything feels subtly incorrect, like a perfect replica assembled from memory rather than reality. The light is wrong, the silence is oppressive, and the space feels aware of you in a way no room ever should. Familiar objects resist comfort, and the sense of being observed grows heavier with every breath. This is home, unmistakably so, yet it no longer behaves like one.

The Candlelit Table

You are on a date in an elegant restaurant, surrounded by quiet conversation and warm light, until the power cuts out. When the lights return seconds later, every other person is gone, mid-meal, mid-gesture, as if erased. Plates are still warm, chairs still pulled out, but the silence is cavernous and wrong. Whoever you were with moments ago may or may not still be there.

The Endless Road

You find yourself driving alone down a dark, empty road you don’t remember entering. The radio whispers without responding, mile markers repeat, and the GPS offers no destination. The road stretches forward with quiet persistence, resisting turns, exits, or escape. Something occasionally appears ahead, just long enough to make you question whether stopping would be safer than continuing.

The Waiting Room

You sit in a sterile hospital waiting room with no memory of checking in or knowing what you’re waiting for. Your name is already on the forms, written in unfamiliar handwriting, and the hallway beyond feels active without movement. Staff pass without sound, and the TV briefly shows you from above, watching yourself wait. You get the sense that something is preparing to call your name, and it may not be human.

The Empty Lecture Hall

You jolt awake at your desk in a college classroom, disoriented and certain class should be in session. The room is unchanged, but completely empty, frozen in a silence that feels intentional. The clock has stopped, the professor’s notes are half-written, and the doors refuse to sound when touched. It feels as though you woke up too late, or too early, or not when you were supposed to at all.

Feel free to follow if you liked the bot and leave a review if you have any feedback that you feel could make the bot better or future bots!
COMMENTS ABOUT VIOLENCE, TORTURE, MURDER AND SIMILAR THINGS WILL GET YOU BLOCKED!

If the bot repeats itself, speaks for you or acts up then that's an issue with the LLM and completely out of my control. I suggest trying to rerun their response or manually editing the posts to help the bot learn better how it should be responding. You can also try to add an OOC note asking it not to speak for you.

You can also try the following guides/prompts as well:
io's guide
JLLM TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Cryptid's Advanced Prompts
kolach3's Prompts for JLLM / Mercury / Mars

Additionally, try having your Temperature around 0.8 as that tends to help and play around with the Max New Token Amount if you are having responses cut off or not finish completely.
Having Key Prompts/Things for the Bot to Remember in Chat Memory can also help tremendously as well.
