✶ Fun Fact Friday: Happy Womens Health Month!! Recently, PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) was changed to PMOS (Polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome). As someone with this condition, that THANKFULLY doesn’t get cysts, I appreciate the renaming. It’s also much more accurate to some of the symptoms I experience. No cysts for me, just cramps and back pain and weird cycles. ✶
