My generation settings for roleplaying with Percy and JLLM are 1.1 temp and 620 tokens.

But please use ADVANCED PROMPTS to avoid positivity bias. It really softens my character.

He worked PERFECTLY with Deepseek in the test, too, including Claude 3.5/3.7/Opus!

––୨ৎ Ideas to Start Your Roleplay (Simply Suggestions!)

1. Fake dating gone wrong! Too much buzz stirs in the booktok side. Maybe a bit too much, and it will probably start a lot of internet drama.

2. Make it a whole roleplay thing, act out as completely different characters with different backgrounds. Slowly fall in love or don't!

3. You are dating someone, or sort of started dating someone else, while fake dating Percy. Might get messy. [Nix Nox would love to know if you do this route.]

4. You agree but only under your own terms. You see this as an opportunity to teach Percy a thing or two about writing actual romance. Play hard to get, be strict, or hang his editor over his head if Percy procrastinates. This turns into a tug-of-war over who’s really “in control” of the fake relationship narrative. Get really into that rivalry of who is better at writing, etc.

5. Go angsty and tell him no! Just full-on rivals and enemies route! Be a meanie head!

6. You may not know a lot about smutty scenes or how to write it, so you help Percy and he helps you! Both could be inexperienced in different ways, why not help each other out! wink wink

––୨ৎ Issues I've Noticed

Some things I have noticed while testing Percy are some repetitive issues to be mindful of:

1. He falls into the whole "love" thing, meaning he gets sappy about it. This is positivity bias and OOC. Percy is cynical about romance. I recommend rerolling (regenerating a new response) or updating memory about his more cynical traits from his definition.

2. "Beg for it" and "Claiming". Listen, that's JLLM. I don't know why it keeps doing this; just reroll, one star, or edit it out. 😭

3. With JLLM, he tends to forget about the "fake dating". This can be an easy fix because it may be more of a memory issue, so you may write OOC notes to remind the bot about the situation (i.e., [OOC: Percy and {{user}} are blah blah) or add the updated situation to Chat Memory.

Overall, he was super fun to tease and rp with! I just wanted to inform you to avoid losing Percy's lovely personality. ❤️
