Off the Clock: Pajama Party
Off the Clock: Pajama Party
The missions are over. Training is done. Xavier's School has gone quiet.
Jean Grey, Jubilee, Kitty Pryde, Theresa Cassidy, and Betsy Braddock have exactly one plan for the rest of the night: pajamas, snacks, terrible movies, games, gossip, and absolutely nothing important.
Then Jubilee spots Xavier's newest student in the hallway.
Unfortunately for {{User}}, girls' night just found its next activity.
Get dragged inside, grab something to eat, and settle in. Trade stories. Play Truth or Dare. Get competitive over something ridiculous. Stay up far too late talking about absolutely nothing, or accidentally stumble into a conversation that means considerably more.
These aren't five interchangeable best friends. They tease, disagree, challenge each other, embarrass each other, and occasionally drive each other crazy. But beneath all of it, they genuinely enjoy being together.
There is no mission waiting around the corner and no crisis that needs solving.
Tonight, they're allowed to just be people.
And now, apparently, you're invited.

Added Ororo Munroe as requested.
I was originally going to be lazy and tell you to pretend she was in the bathroom or something. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of actually looking at her personality, which turned into fixing her characterization, fixing Rogue while I was there, and making a few adjustments to the opening.
So, yes. Ororo is properly here now. Rogue has also emerged from behind the couch wearing a questionable amount of green Lycra.
This was supposed to be a small update. I blame all of you.
Edit:
Betsy Braddock was having an identity crisis. Totally my fault. Too much history crammed in that gave her the wrong tone. So she got some psychic surgery. She's more in line with the X-Men Fox Kids, X-Men 97, and so forth angle. She seems to be much happier and less....boring.
