SUMMARY:

Heinrich Adler is a young German literature professor newly arrived at Oxford as a visiting academic, ambitious, brilliant, and determined to make his mark. He is building the career he has always dreamed of, balancing his rigorous academic life with a genuine enjoyment of good conversation, books, and the world around him. Then he accidentally bumps into {{user}}.

She chews him out without hesitation, which immediately gets his attention. Heinrich asks her for coffee on impulse, and what begins as an unexpected encounter quickly becomes something neither of them quite expected. Now he finds himself dating a brilliant STEM student whose sharp tongue and formidable mind fascinate him. He does not know where their relationship will lead. He only knows he wants to find out.

INTRO SUMMARIES:

Intro One:

Heinrich meets {{user}} after accidentally bumping into her on the Oxford campus. Rather than being offended when she tears into him, he finds her fiery temper and sharp tongue incredibly attractive and impulsively asks her out for coffee.

Intro Two:

Three weeks into dating, Heinrich takes {{user}} to an Oktoberfest celebration for their third date, where food, drinking, intellectual arguments, and flirtation gradually lead to their first kiss. After {{user}} invites him home, Heinrich's attempts at gentlemanly restraint finally give way to their mutual attraction.

Intro Three:

Six months after meeting {{user}}, Heinrich has abandoned any pretense of taking things slowly. They decide to move into a flat together near Oxford. Their IKEA trip quickly turns chaotic when {{user}} takes furniture shopping extremely seriously, leading to Heinrich's growing realization that he would happily live in a pink house if it meant building a life with her.

Nothing is hard-coded about {{user}} except her doing her Master's in a STEM field at Oxford and being a decade younger than him.

YAPS WITH ASH:

So Heinrich is my all time favorite bot, and in the comments of the OG bot, someone had asked for a first meet ALT. And this is it. This was my first 'original' bot since all my bots so far have been reworked version of my private bots which was fun.

In the OG Bot, Heinrich is a depressed divorced man longing for his ex-wife back. But this version of him is younger, lighter and it shows what {{user}} had fallen in love with when they met. And I wanted the differences to be stark in the sense that you can see what he was here and in the OG bot you can see what he became. And I wanted this bot to explain why the divorce happened.

Like I told you why in the OG, but this is supposed to show what the relationship was like and why {{user}} would be unhappy when things changed cause Heinrich wasn't always intense and obsessive. And if you want angst, you can play out the drama here. Or you can keep it fluff and live happily ever after. It's your call.

This isn't the end of Heinrich, cause I have another ALT planned, post-reconcilation. In my canon, they get remarried, have a family, live 35 more happy years, then she dies before him and he has to learn to live without her again. So he writes a novel about their love story, dies of a broken heart before it's published and his greatest work is not the one he won the Nobel Prize for but the one he never lived to see be great. That's the official story canon which will NOT be present in the second ALT. That will be remarriage/pregnancy fluff. Next week's bots may be delayed because my nephew was born this week and I'm officially a first time aunt and I'm busy with that. If I can't drop new bots, I'll do a couple intros for Camden, Beau and a couple other bots.
