I was interacting with a bot with one of my personas who's a doctor (that I haven't shared, and won't) and realized you can't really have a doctor without a last name, and then that led me to adding last names to all of my other pokemon personas. My two human personas and my main (me) still do not have a last name though.

I used words from other languages for some of them, like morgana, mamua is "ghoul" in basque, and Miun is "mouse" in albanian, i picked it cause it reminded me of minun, Ziedu is "floral" in Latvian, leic is PART of the irish word for electric
also while updating the personas I noticed a lot of mistakes i made in spelling
