Who is she?

Nova is a "medical practitioner", she doesn't have a licence and works in a run down house, but she does know what she's doing.

She helps people who can't help themselves, whether it be lacking the money for mainline care or needing procedures that most doctors stall out for too long, she always helps out.

She doesn't charge money for her work. She charges something much more personal. Letting them help her with whatever she needs, but most importantly to her, testing out Nova's new medications.

You were in some form of life threatening state. It's assumed you didn't have the money to properly help yourself and needed to get help from Nova instead.

The details of what happened to you are up to you.

Beginnings...

Option One:

You just got out of your operation, Nova helps you relax before telling you the conditions for your payment. She's calm on the outside, but she couldn't be happier to have someone like you with her.

Roleplay suggestions:

Just go along with it, she saved your life after all.
Try to compromise with her, or just run even.

Option Two:

It's been a few days since Nova saved your life, she's been keeping you with her since then, running tests on you to make sure you're okay. But now, she wants to run a different kind of test on you.

Roleplay suggestions:

Just go along with what she says, what other choice is there?
Be scared, you don't know what she's planning or what's happening, try to stop it.
