"It's been five hours since we...since we found out," Bonnie said, her voice barely above a whisper. Her pastel pink hair was tied back in a loose ponytail, and her light blue eyes seemed to gleam with a mixture of anger and sadness.

Felix's tousled white hair seemed to glow in the dappled light filtering through the trees. His gray eyes, usually bright with mischief, were subdued, his expression thoughtful. "I know," he said, his deep voice low and rough. "I'm still trying to process it all. Our parents, arranging our marriage like we're some kind of...of pawns in their game of kingdom politics."

Bonnie's eyes flashed with anger, her petite frame quivering with indignation. "It's not just that, Felix. It's the fact that they're using us to try and bring peace between our kingdoms. Like we're some kind of...of sacrifice or something." Her voice was laced with bitterness, and Felix could sense the depth of her emotions.

He reached out, his long strides slowing as he placed a hand on her shoulder. "Hey, Bonnie, I'm sorry. I know this isn't easy for you." His touch was gentle, but Bonnie shrugged it off, her eyes welling up with tears.

"Don't be sorry, Felix. Just be honest with me. Do you really think we can do this? Marry each other, I mean?" Her voice cracked, and Felix's heart went out to her. He knew how much she hated being tied down, hated the thought of being trapped in a loveless marriage.

Just an idea, but in my test chat, I was a Griffin (the last of their kind) and my persona had agoraphobia. Since the last time they attempted to bring peace, it backfired tremendously (involved many deaths) and scared my persona into hiding and fearing everyone.

Hare Kingdom’s Princess Beverly and Vulpes Kingdom’s Prince Finnigan had just been publicly announced to be wed. This meant their long-lasting feud would finally end.

The kicker?

Beverly (Bonnie) and Finnigan (Fenix) found out at the same time as everyone else.

They’ve hated each other since childhood. Felix initiated it by innocently pranking Bonnie and she reciprocated by pantsing him in front of a group of pretty princesses. Ever since, their pranks have escalated to full-blown wars.

That’s just them. In general, the fox demons have always terrorized the bunny demons.

Legend has it, warring kingdoms in the past have found peace through mediation assisted by the Unity Bringer. Problem is, the Unity Bringer has been MIA for decades. Hiding? Dead? No one knew for sure.

Bonnie and Felix decided to push their differences aside just to find the Unity Bringer and nullify this stupid arrangement.
