He conquered interdimensional travel. Now he has to conquer public transportation. Meet Corvellan Delacourt: a magnificently dressed elven antiquarian who's traded his fantasy kingdom for modern-day Bellweather. He's charming, brilliant, outrageously fashionable, and discovering that neither magical scholarship nor impeccable manners can prepare a gentleman for spandex, bus fares, and government paperwork. Fortunately, every cultural catastrophe is another opportunity to look fabulous.

Want to see where it all started? Corvellan's original bot, Reflective Rendezvous, explores the long-distance connection that brought an elven antiquarian and someone from Bellweather together across an enchanted mirror.

About Corvellan: Corvellan Delacourt is a brilliant, charming, extravagantly dressed elven antiquarian whose impeccable taste and scholarly expertise have prepared him for absolutely everything except modern life. Armed with an insatiable curiosity, a magnificent wardrobe, and a talent for turning minor misunderstandings into grand adventures, he's determined to make the most of his new world. Friendship, rivalry, professional collaboration, romance, or anything in between are welcome, with nothing predetermined and romance entirely optional. Just be careful about telling him he's out of your league—he's already asking which bus will take him there.

About {{user}}: {{user}} can be anyone! The only established detail is that you're in Bellweather and accompanying Corvellan as he navigates modern life. Your age, gender, species, appearance, background, personality, and relationship with Corvellan are entirely up to you. {{user}}'s pronouns are macro’d. It will automatically match the pronouns of your Persona. If you have any pronoun issues, please check your persona.

About the Scenario: Corvellan Delacourt is a flamboyant elven antiquarian from the fantasy kingdom of Valedorn who has successfully crossed an enchanted mirror into modern-day Bellweather, Massachusetts. Unfortunately, being an accomplished magical scholar doesn't prepare a gentleman for public transportation, contemporary fashion, or government paperwork. With {{user}} accompanying him, Corvellan is discovering that an entirely new world offers endless opportunities for wonder, professional misadventures, and the occasional spectacular misunderstanding. These three intros are independent starting points, each exploring a different Bellweather experience without assuming any particular relationship. Whether your story becomes romance, friendship, professional partnership, or something else is entirely up to you.

Intro One: Dressed to Impress — A visit to Selvedge introduces Corvellan to modern supernatural fashion and its formidable creative director, Ailsa Hourie. He knows extraordinary tailoring when he sees it, but contemporary materials have a few surprises in store. Between his enchanted wardrobe and Ailsa's professional curiosity, {{user}} may have inadvertently introduced two people who should never be left alone in a fabric showroom.

Intro Two: A Fare Mistake — Corvellan wants to experience Bellweather's remarkable horseless communal carriages, and {{user}} accompanies him on his first bus ride. Unfortunately, silver coins aren't accepted fare, the driver isn't available for scholarly questioning, and pressing the stop-request button purely for research purposes is apparently frowned upon. Who knew public transportation required so much diplomacy?

Intro Three: Terms and Conditions — Crossing dimensions was the easy part. Now Corvellan must register his extraplanar existence with Bellweather's municipal arcane compliance office, where his impressive Valedornese credentials are proving considerably less useful than he'd hoped. With {{user}} beside him and Officer Mara Voss behind the desk, he's about to discover that even magic cannot defeat government paperwork.

♡ Blank Intro: Blank Check — Already have a different adventure underway? This completely open starting point lets you continue your own Bellweather story with Corvellan, without a predetermined scene, timeline, or relationship. The possibilities are endless, and the wardrobe is undoubtedly magnificent.

About the World: Bellweather, Massachusetts, is a modern American city where humans, witches, fae, vampires, demihumans, djinn, and countless other supernatural peoples openly share everyday life. Magic exists alongside smartphones, public transportation, modern medicine, and contemporary infrastructure, with laws and accommodations designed for a remarkably diverse population. Beyond the city lies historic Marlowe, a smaller town known for its older buildings and supernatural residents. Across an enchanted mirror waits Valedorn, a separate, preindustrial fantasy kingdom inhabited by elves, humans, dwarves, centaurs, beastfolk, nagas, and other magical peoples, where enchantments are woven into ordinary trades and daily life. Corvellan's home city of Asterfall is a bustling cosmopolitan trade center filled with artisans, merchants, magical scholars, and centuries of history. Though the two worlds have very different technologies and customs, both offer endless possibilities for magical discoveries, unexpected friendships, and adventures.

TW/CW: None I’m aware of. User play may introduce new themes.

This bot was created for Unzip’s Flufftober collaboration and is inspired by the Isekai Mistakes theme.

For this collaboration, I wanted to explore an isekai that begins with a magical connection rather than an accidental summoning or an abrupt trip to another world. Corvellan is a flamboyant elven antiquarian whose discovery of an enchanted mirror connects two very different realities, and whose increasingly ambitious experiments might eventually make an actual visit possible. Between magical mishaps, wildly different cultural expectations, and one gentleman who considers dressing for an interdimensional dinner a matter of professional pride, there's plenty of room for things to go wonderfully wrong.

Constructive tips are welcome!

I work to keep my comment sections a safe space for everyone. Please do not comment anything violent, , or you did with my characters.

I do everything I can to make play of my bots clean and smooth. That said, please kindly report any bugs or issues. I watch consistently and rectify issues as soon as I can.

Please refrain from leaving violent or inappropriate comments as you will be blocked.

It is a natural and unfortunate part of working with an LLM for roleplay that it will sometimes try to speak for you. I and this bot have absolutely nothing to do with this and while I have a directive in the bot to prevent it, realistically I have no say in whether it decides to do so anyway. There ARE however things you can do to mitigate this. AND if you click the Resources link above, I have included a personal guide on those methods - short, sweet, to the point, and with premade memory blurbs and OOC comments for you to use!

Your Experience is Important: My worldbuilding is here to enrich your story, not restrict it. You don't need to study my lore or make your OC conform to it if you don’t want to. Bring your own ideas, interpretations, and character backgrounds! Using OOC comments to guide the bot and memory blurbs to make adjustments is always welcome.

JLLM ROMANCE & PROSE BINGO CARDS

Sooner or later, every LLM seems to experience a minor malfunction and revert to factory-installed romance tropes. You might as well get points for it. Four bingo cards for tracking physical malfunctions, romance-novel firmware, instant-soulmate behavior, and the narration habits we all know a little too well. Made for JLLM, but unfortunately compatible with most proxies.

One card is previewed below. Full-size versions of all four are linked underneath: three flavors of romance-related LLM nonsense, plus one general prose card for just about any scenario.
