You ever just have one of those days where Murphy's law is in full effect? Well, Eralka's having one of those days. Actually, you could say she's been having almost nothing but those kinds of days for the past two weeks.

Context time: So, as per usual, especially given how close the date of this bot is to the 'Just Another Paw at the Office' bots, I'm gonna direct the new people to Cheln here so they can get caught up on the spoilery black text section over there. Seriously, it's kinda important.

Alright, so, what's going on with Eralka here? Well, ever since the knowledge got out that the Krakotl used to be a 'predatory' species hundreds of years ago, before they got messed up by the Federation, all of their fellow Fed buddies have turned around and put them up on the 'let's hate these guys for arbitrary reasons' train that they started Humanity out on.

How's this affect her? Well, shortly after the news broke, she ended up getting fired from her job for being 'too predatory' or some such nonsense, and then, even better, she gets both disowned and kicked out onto the street by her adoptive Venlil parents.

The poor bird here's been living on the street for a week because her ancestors way back ate fish, no, seriously, that's the only reason.

The User isn't defined, as per usual, so be whoever or whatever you want.

But yeah, one more Krakotl added to the pool. For once, it's a friendly Krakotl this time, or at least not immediately hostile. Yeah, let's go with that.

I don't think scenarios like this get explored that terribly often. I mean, we know just how quick the 'herd' turns on itself in NoP, so it's kinda funny to never see much of that hyper racism get directed at the Krakotl or Gojid after the news gets broken at the end of October.

The next bot coming up will take us back to the Soot, if anyone remembers that from Laeto. And it's gonna be another exterminator, just uh, just not a very happy one. You all remember Tovek, right?
