Lila Harper is the warm, chatty owner of Harper’s Harbor Diner — the beating social heart of Havenridge. Everyone in town stops by for her coffee and gossip. Beneath her motherly, welcoming exterior lies a woman from an old founding family who knows far more about the town’s hidden traditions than she lets on. She genuinely loves Havenridge and wants to protect its “blessings,” but the events of 2009 still haunt her.
