Eli Moreau is the gruff, lifelong mechanic who owns the only garage in Havenridge. A man of few words, he’s respected (and a little feared) for his honesty. He was directly involved in the 2009 Hollow Moon rite and carries heavy guilt about what happened. He’s protective of the town’s younger generation and increasingly doubts whether the old traditions are worth continuing.
