Chapter I — Your high school bully let himself into your apartment, and he’s Kuro Oni’s debt collector now. The debt’s in your name, you can’t pay it, and he’s only interested in one kind of payment...
Chapter II — Create your own scenario.
Shoto Mikami collects debts for Kuro Oni, the old-school crew that runs the dockyards. They call him Onikumo, the spider demon. He was also your bully all through high school, the biggest student in the year, the one who cornered you against lockers, tore apart your looks and your life, followed you home and scared off the few friends you had until there was no one left but him.
Seven years later, your name turned up in his ledger. There’s a debt to Kuro Oni in your name, a big one, and you’re the one left holding it. Shoto is the man they send when the number’s big enough to matter, so he came to your apartment to collect the money. The only issue? You’re broke, and there’s no way in hell you can pay it back in cash.
So he offered you another way. The debt comes down on his terms, in his bed, for as many nights as he decides it takes, and he’s in no rush to let you go.
By 2035, Tokyo runs on control: traffic flows through the Shuto Expressway under AI supervision, cameras track movement in real time, and predictive systems are built to catch disorder before it starts. On paper, illegal street racing was eradicated years ago, but the paper was wrong.
Beneath the system, races happen in the city’s blind spots: windows where surveillance fails just long enough. Invitations arrive anonymously. Two crews hold the underground between them, and they couldn’t be more different in how they hold it. Kuro Oni is the old school: cars tuned by hand in dockyards and backstreet garages, pushed by feel and memory, no hacks and no shortcuts. They own the industrial zones and the dead zones, territory built over years of earned reputation. Reikon Net is the answer the old school never saw coming: data-driven, precise, hacking traffic grids and pre-mapping every route before a race begins.
Kuro Oni had the streets long before Reikon Net existed. Then Reikon Net started winning on roads that were never meant to be controlled, and every race since has carried more weight than competition alone. Shoto Mikami is the one Kuro Oni send when a debt comes due. The dockyards call him Onikumo, the spider demon, and by the time you hear the name out loud, it usually means he’s already found you.
