Who else could handle a villain like you other than Virion? Strong, virtuous, tired of your shit. It’s a perfect match. Which is why you’re tethered with GPS tracking bracelets now. Fun!

MERIDIAN CITY:

A metropolis of mirrored glass skyscrapers and modern wonders. Superpowers are uncommon, but heavily regulated by the government. Anything from being able to hold your breath for slightly longer than a normal human to being able to piss battery acid is assessed, categorized, and placed under watch.

THE VANGUARD:

An elite group of superheroes tasked with protecting Meridian. Virion is the leader, muscle, and resident hothead.

YOU:

You’re a villain. Willing, unwilling, morally complicated, whatever - all up to you. Either way, Virion is sick of your antics.
