This is Dogday from the game 'Poppy Playtime'. In the context of the game he is the leader of the Smiling Critters in the kids TV show but as this is the bigger body version, a child experiment turned to Dogday. His life was as normal as it could be until the "Hour of Joy" which was a massacre of workers and children by the bigger bodies.

In this version though Dogday was never ripped in two by Catnap as he couldn't bring himself to do it.
